Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a project aren't, because the project is delivered the moment you unlock it. Failed or duplicate payments are always refunded. Read the refund policy.
No. Learn from it, adapt it, cite it. Submitting someone else's work as your own breaks your university's rules and, more practically, falls apart at the viva. Everything here is for educational purposes only.
