The short version
- Everything here is for educational purposes only. Learn from it; don’t submit it as your own work.
- A pack is a one-time purchase of credits. One credit unlocks one project, for good. No subscription.
- Your pass code is the key to your purchase. Anyone holding it can use it, so keep it private.
- Unlocked content is for your own study. Don’t resell it, repost it or share the files publicly.
- Refunds follow the refund policy: unused credits within 7 days, failed or duplicate payments always.
These terms are an agreement between you and KiloByteCrew (“we”, “us”), which runs OnlyProjects at onlyprojects.online. By browsing the site, buying a pack or using a pass code, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy, refund & cancellation policy and shipping & delivery policy are part of these terms.
1. Who can use the site
Anyone can browse the free previews. To buy, you must be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to make the purchase; by paying, they accept these terms on your behalf and remain responsible for the purchase.
2. What we offer
OnlyProjects publishes academic project bundles for Indian degree programmes. A bundle can include an overview, synopsis, problem statement, objectives, methodology, architecture and diagrams, modules, a presentation outline (with a PowerPoint file generated on request), source code where the project has any, a how-to-run guide, READMEFIRST, instructions, viva questions with answers, future scope and references.
Part of every bundle is free to read. The rest unlocks with a credit. Credits come in one-time packs, listed with their prices on the pricing page. A purchase issues a pass identified by a pass code (for example OP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and adds the pack’s credits to it. Spending one credit unlocks one project on that pass permanently. Credits do not expire. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
3. Educational use and academic integrity
For educational purposes onlyAll content is provided for educational purposes only: to help you understand how a project in your subject is planned, built, documented and defended. You agree that you will:
- not submit any bundle, or any substantial part of one, to a college, university or examiner as your own original work;
- follow your institution’s rules on plagiarism, collaboration and use of reference material;
- cite OnlyProjects (each project page has a citation) wherever you rely on its content; and
- do your own work: build, test and write your project yourself, using the bundle as a reference.
We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any university, college, board or regulator. Syllabus mappings, course codes and semesters are our reading of publicly available syllabi and are for guidance only; your institution’s current circulars always win. We do not promise any marks, grades, approvals or results. How you use the content, and what follows from it academically, is your responsibility.
4. Your licence to unlocked content
When you unlock a project, we grant the holder of that pass a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view, download and use that project’s content for private study and learning, including running and modifying the source code to learn from it. You may not:
- sell, resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit any content;
- publish or share unlocked files or text publicly (websites, file-sharing services, public groups or channels);
- remove or alter notices, including the educational-use notice; or
- use the content to build a competing collection or service.
Some source code uses open-source libraries or starters. Those parts stay under their own licences, which are included where they apply, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under them.
5. Pass codes
There are no user accounts. Your pass code works like a key: we store only a one-way hash of it and its last four characters, and this browser keeps the code in a cookie. Anyone who has your code can spend its credits and open its unlocked projects. Keep it private and write it down somewhere safe. You may share a pass with people you trust (for example, friends splitting a pack), but you are responsible for everything done with your code.
We cannot show a lost code again. If you lose it, you can recover the pass with the payment ID from your payment receipt and the email you paid with; recovery issues a new code and the old one stops working. You can also write to us.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under its own terms and privacy policy. We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; a change never affects credits you have already bought.
A purchase is complete when the payment is confirmed to us by the payment gateway. If a payment is flagged for review, we may hold the credits until it clears or refund it.
7. Refunds, cancellation and delivery
Everything is delivered digitally, on screen, as soon as the payment is confirmed. Refunds and cancellations follow the refund & cancellation policy; delivery follows the shipping & delivery policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- get around, probe or attack the paywall, rate limits or any security measure;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or use automated tools to guess pass codes;
- post pass codes publicly or trade them;
- interfere with the site, overload it, or upload or link to malicious code;
- use stolen payment methods, or raise a payment dispute in bad faith; or
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to help anyone commit academic misconduct.
9. Suspension and revocation
If a pass is used in breach of these terms (for example, a code posted publicly, fraud, or a chargeback raised after using the credits), we may suspend or revoke it. Where the breach wasn’t yours (say, your code leaked), write to us and we will try to help, including by moving your credits to a new code.
10. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep bundles accurate and code runnable, but software environments change, and a project may need adjustments to run on your machine. Content is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update, correct or retire bundles; projects you have unlocked stay available on your pass as long as we run the service. If something you unlocked is broken, tell us and we will fix it or make it right as described in the refund policy.
11. Intellectual property
The site, its design and the bundles are owned by KiloByteCrew or its licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the licence in section 4, nothing here transfers any rights to you. Names of universities, courses and technologies belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a project covers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost marks, lost opportunities or academic consequences, and our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the content, including submitting it as your own work.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems are solved by email. If a dispute can’t be resolved that way, the courts at the place where KiloByteCrew carries on business in India have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Grievances and contact
Write to the Grievance Officer at support@onlyprojects.online with “Grievance” in the subject line. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt. More ways to reach us are on the contact page.
